3 Tips Anyone Can Instantly Spice Up Their Marriage
3 Ways Anyone Can Instantly Improve Their Marriage
- Learn To Read Your Spouse’s Body Language
It’s been estimated that over 80% of communication is non verbal. In order to communicate effectively, you’ll have to understand one another non-verbally. It’s non-negotiable if you want to understand one another.
Read the tell tale signs of body language (open or closed body language) and use them to your advantage. When your wife or husband is showing open body language, feel free to engage in a conversation.
Communication is an exchange.
If you understand someone’s body language, you understand their emotional state.
If you understand their emotional state, you’ll understand how to communicate with them. That’s the bottom line.
2. Break The Cycle – Become Unpredictable
From time to time, you’ll have to break the cycle and be a little unpredictable with one another. Many marriages run into the problem of having the exact same cycle over and over again.
This isn’t necessarily a bad thing; however remember to shake things up from time to time.
This could mean surprise presents, trips, jokes or anything you could think of. Break the regular patterns and have some fun!
Everyone likes to be pleasantly surprised from time to time because it’s interesting and exciting.
3. Explore Options In The Bedroom – Consensually
As we all know, what goes on behind closed doors is an important part of a relationship. When you see your partner, remember to add some spontaneity and variety into your love life.
Try new positions during intercourse. If it works for one spouse and it does not work for the other, find a balance and compromise. Whining and complaining during intercourse can lead to loss of interest. Always be patient and understanding as well as indicate or let your spouse know the right spots to touch. This helps both partners enjoy this beautiful creation of God.
Just because you have children or you’ve been married for years doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have fun. Explore options with one another and always enjoy each other’s company.
Remember, never feel any guilt or shame because of what you and your partner do or enjoy. It’s completely natural and it will grow your relationship each time you embrace one another.
